As per the leaks and rumours, Xiaomi Mi Band 5 is coming. We are near to the one-year anniversary of Mi Band 4, and now we can assume that Xiaomi will bring its successor and will launch it soon. However, the official release date is not yet out. But as per the reports says Mi Band 5 will have the support of Amazon Alexa.

As per the reports on website Tizen Help, Mi Band 5 will be built by Huami. The Mi Band 5 will be announced at the end of June or in the starting of July. This smart band will first make its debut in China, and then it will be launched in other countries.

The expected features of Mi Band 5 are, it might have a big display than the earlier bands. It will have NFC support. Tizen Help website claims, the band will have a SpO2 sensor which is used to measure oxygen saturation in the blood. Most of the fitness wearables already have this feature.

Moreover, it is also said that the Mi Band 5 will have Amazon Alexa support and also support to track the menstrual cycle of women. Amazon Alexa support will be available on Chinese and international models.

Mi Band 5 will come with Personal Activity Intelligence (PAI) function, which will use heart rate data to show the users what activity they need to do to stay healthy.

The global version of Mi Band 5 might be known as Mi Smart band 5 with model number XMSH11HM. And the NFC support will be available to the Chinese market models only.
