Whatsapp is the most popular messaging app, and we don’t need to give much information about the app. The app gets updated regularly and brings new features to it. Earlier this year, WhatsApp has brought its Dark Mode feature for its Beta users of Android and iOS devices. However, still, the Dark mode feature is not out for all the users of Android and iOS. Before this feature rolls out for everyone, WhatsApp Dark Mode is leaked for Desktop and WhatsApp Web.
WhatsApp dark mode feature spotted on desktop
Apart from mobile app, Whatsapp Dark mode feature will also be available on the Whatsapp Web and Desktop. As per the reports on WABetaInfo, a blog which keeps tracks of WhatsApp developments says that the company is working to bring the dark mode to its web and desktop also. There are screenshots of the dark mode on the desktop app which are leaked. According to the leaks, we can say that the feature will be much easier, and it is still in progress.
The screenshots which are shared by the blog says there are few significant changes which may get completed once the dark mode feature is completed. Check out the picture of the developments on the feature:
In the picture, we can see that WhatsApp is still working on its dark theme. You can see the background colour of the emojis is white. However, the screenshots look fragmented, and the dark mode feature work is still in progress. The official launch date is not announced yet.
However, Whatsapp has already brought dark mode feature out for Android and iOS beta users. So, it is perfect adding the desktop version also. The unofficial dark mode feature for desktop is already leaked. We need to wait till the process is completed and when they will officially announce about the desktop version.
