Vivo has silently launched the APEX 2020 concept phone on Thursday. The company scheduled an event at the Mobile World Congress but sadly, Coronavirus didn’t let it happen. Now that the device has been unveiled, let’s check out its extraordinary features and specs.

Vivo APEX lineup has been some of the amazing as it brings a lot of innovations to the device. The APEX 2020 carries it with charm. The Vivo APEX 2020 comes with a borderless, portless design, it has curved edges with no button. The smartphone has pressure-sensitive buttons that can be used for power on/off and for navigations.

If we talk about the details, the smartphone sports a 6.45-inch FHD+ FullView display that houses the in-display camera. This is the first smartphone to make use of the in-display front camera sensor. The front in-display camera is 16-megapixel and it will provide a 4-megapixel photo with the help of 4 in 1 pixel binning.

As for as the rear optics are concerned, the Vivo APEX 2020 features a 48-megapixel primary lens. One of the major highlights of the device is its gimbal inspired stabilization hardware. As the APEX 2020 is a portless beauty, it makes uses of Screen SoundCasting technology that emits sound from the display waves. There are no volume buttons on the device therefore, it has the pressure-sensing feature to control the volume.

The device also lacks charging port but, Vivo has you covered, it has a whopping 60W wireless fast charging support. It is said to juice up to 2,000mAh battery in just 20 minutes of charging.
