Redmi AirDots 2 Gets Bluetooth Certification, Could Launch Soon
There are so many affordable wireless earbuds available in the market from phone makers. Oppo, Xiaomi, Realme, and other companies have brought new wireless earbuds at affordable prices. First, Realme Buds Air earphones took the lead.
As per the reports, Xiaomi is working on a Redmi AirDots which can be called as Redmi AirDots 2. It is spotted on Bluetooth certification and spotted on Gizmochina. These new AirDots are spotted on the official listing, but no details of the specification are out yet. We only know that these AirDots will have Bluetooth 5.0 to connect the devices.
These AirDots are coming under Redmi and will be mostly similar to the old AirDots. Redmi is focusing more on long battery life. These AirDots 2 will have long battery life with normal smart features like touch controls to play music and voice assistants.
Redmi AirDots 2 will have less price tag. It will have a less price tag means Poco can easily bring it to India. Poco is rebranding from the beginning of 2020, and it looks like it will bring rebranded Redmi products to the Indian market.
As of now, Xiaomi does not have any affordable earphones. And Poco is trying to compete Realme. One of the best examples is Poco X2 which came as a competitor to Realme X2.
There are rumours that Poco will bring Redmi K30 Pro to India under its own name.
