With the fears of COVID-19(Corona Virus), most of the companies have either postponed or cancelled their announcements. Some companies are still functioning with online announcements and just like that OnePlus and Realme have announced extended warranty for some of the smartphones.

OnePlus on its social media has shared that those who’s smartphone’s warranty was going to end in the month of April will get an extension of 30 days. This means that the warranty will end in the month of May instead of April.

Realme has also stood for this and it has also shared that those who’s phone’s warranty was about to end in the month of April will get an extension till 31st May.

In explanation, both companies said that in a situation like this it would be impossible to repair any devices and therefore, an extension has been decided.

But the extended warranty program for OnePlus is currently available in North America and Europe and for Realme it is available in all the regions.
