HMD global is of the fewest manufacturers to provide fast updates for its devices, and this time again, HMD global has pushed out Android 10 updates for Nokia 8.1 along with September 2019 security patch making it the first-ever Nokia device to receive a stable Android 10 update.
The Chief Product Officer of HMD Global, Juho Sarvikas, tweeted about the release of the update highlighting the fact that Nokia 8.1 is the first Snapdragon 710 processor smartphone to receive an Android 10 update along with the latest security patches for September.

The latest update for the device inevitably brings all of the latest features, including the system-wide dark mode. You can also try the Focus mode, which is still in beta version, as there are no updates from Google regarding the stable update for focus mode.
