LG G Pad 5 10.1 Launched with 8,200 mAh battery

LG G Pad 5 10.1 has launched in South Korea with 8,200mAh battery and Snapdragon 821. This is the first Tab launched by LG this year.

The LG G Pad 5 10.1 has a 10.1-inch IPS panel with FHD+ resolution display. The tablet will weigh in at around 498 grams and is sized at 247.2 x 150.7 x 8mm.

The device has a Snapdragon 821 quad-core SoC which is a 3-year-old processor that has clock speeds up to 2.34GHz. The device has 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The storage can be increased by using an external storage device.

The device has an 8MP camera with autofocus on the back of the tablet. The company has also added a 5MP camera on the front for selfies and video calling. It has a metal frame, significant bezels on all sides of the display, and a single rear camera setup at the back.

The device has an 8,200mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0 tech. The fingerprint sensor is located on the right edge of the tablet, next to the power and volume buttons. The device thankfully has a USB-C type port with either side of the port having Stereo Speakers.

Connectivity includes Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac,3.5mm audio jack and GPS. The device comes with Android 9 Pie with LG’s custom UX on top out of the Box. It is available in a single silver hue color option only.

LG G Pad 5 10.1 Price:

The Pad is priced at KRW 440,000. There is no news if this device will be available worldwide as it looks like a South Korea exclusive.
