Reliance Jio has updated its JioFiber Broadband plans. The updated plans offer unlimited data with unlimited voice calls. These plans are updated to provide extreme affordability to the users during Covid-19. As per the situation of Covid-19, all of them needs good internet, so the company has revamped the plans.
JioFiber New Plans Offers Unlimited Data starting price at Rs.399
The new plans of JioFiber provide unlimited data to the users and a free subscription to 12 OTT Platforms. At the time of getting a connection, you need to pay a one-time refundable fee. The company has revamped four new plans starting at Rs.399, Rs.699, Rs.999 and Rs.1499. All these four plans have unlimited data, voice calls but only two plans give the OTT apps subscription.
The first plan is of Rs.399, it provides unlimited data at 30Mbps. And it also gives benefits of unlimited voice calls. But this plan does not offer any OTT platform subscription.
A second plan is of Rs.699, it offers unlimited internet with the speed of 100Mbps. Even this plan offers unlimited voice calling but not OTT platforms.
The third plan is of Rs.999, it provides unlimited data at 150Mbps with unlimited voice calls. And it also gives subscription to 11 OTT apps.
And the last one is of Rs.1499 plan; it offers unlimited data of 300Mbps with unlimited voice calling. It gives access to 12 OTT apps.
The OTT Platform apps which are available for free subscription can be access via JioTV Plus app. The OTT apps are Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar VIP, JioCinema, Zee5, Sony Liv, Voo, AltBalaji, Sun NXT, Lionsgate Play, Shemaroo and HoiChoi.
All these plans include getting a set-top box of JioFiber to get access on all the OTT apps. With the set-top box, you will also get a voice-enabled remote with which you can search for the content to watch it online. With this, you can also get access to Jio’s other services like JioGames and JioSaavn.
Moreover, the company is also offering a 30-day free trial, and if you don’t like it, the company will take it back without asking any questions. In the free trial, there is unlimited internet at 150Mbps with 4K set-top box, which gives access to 10 paid OTT apps. However, first, the customer has to pay the deposit, which is refundable. After paying a deposit, the customer will get a set-top box and JioFiber modem.
All those who get the connections from 1st September will get 30-day free trial. And all the existing users of JioFiber will be upgraded to the new plans. And all those users who started the service between August 15 to August 30 will get free trial benefit. They will get a voucher in the MyJio app.
