Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is all-set to launch the iQOO 3 5G smartphone at an event on February 25, but as we get closer more and more details are coming out. Earlier, the Geekbench scores and now the AnTuTu scores of the smartphone have been outed that suggests highest score on any smartphone to date. Let’s take a look.
iQOO 3 5G Spotted On AnTuTu Benchmarking Platform

The smartphone was spotted on the benchmarking platform that suggests the scores and also confirms some of the rumored specs of the device.
Starting with the benchmark scores, the iQOO 3 5G with model number Vivo V1955A scores 5,97,583 on AnTuTu. This is the highest score of any smartphone to date.
To recall, the device scored a single-core score of 899 and a multi-core score of 3,229 on Geekbench 5.
Moving to the specs, the smartphone comes with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC paired with whopping 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory. It has an Adreno 650 Graphics processing unit and rocks an FHD+ screen.
It will run on Android 10 our of the box and will have iQOO’s custom UI on top of it. This is something we got confirmed earlier.
That’s what the listing reveals but some of the other specs were rumored earlier, let’s take a look. The smartphone is said to come with a 48-megapixel primary camera at the rear accompanied by three other lenses, meaning a Quad-camera module.
A few videos and posters were also shared online that revealed a 4,440mAh battery with whopping 55W Flash SuperCharge support. The fast charging tech is said to charge the device up to 50% in just 15 minutes. The device will also be 5G compatible and it might be the first 5G device to arrive in India after the initial launch.
As said earlier, the launch is scheduled for February 25 where we will know the pricing and availability details of the smartphone.
