Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has launched two phones, the Honor V30 and the V30 Pro. These phones have the new processor that has support for 5G.
Huawei Honor V30 and V30 Pro Launched with 5G Support

The Honor V30 and V30 Pro were launched today in an event in Bejing, China. The Honor V30 is equipped with the 7nm Kirin 990, coupled with the Balong 5000 modem, while the V30 Pro version is equipped with the 7nm+ Kirin 990 modem. The Octacore Kirin 990 is the new chipset with 2x Cortex-A76 (2.86GHz) + 2x Cortex-A76 (2.09GHz) + 4x Cortex-A55 (1.86GHz) which is paired with a Mali-G76 GPU.
Huawei Honor V30 and V30 Pro Camera:

The Honor V30 Pro features a triple camera setup on the back of a rectangular camera module that adds OIS to the 40MP Sony IMX 600 Primary Sensor. It also has an auto-focused secondary 12MP wide-angle sensor, while the Honor V30 has a fixed focused secondary 8MP wide-angle sensor. The remaining 8MP telephoto sensor has a fixed focus on the V30, while the V30 Pro uses auto-focus capabilities. The rear cameras support 4K HDR video recording. The front camera is a 32MP Camera Primary sensor with an 8MP telephoto lens.
The V30 and V30 Pro have 6.57″ FHD+ LCD TFT Display, with punch-hole cutout similar to the Samsung S10. The phone’s fingerprint sensor is mounted on the side like the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro. The phone runs on Magic UI 3.0.1 based on Android 10.
Both the Honor devices have support for 40W Fast Charging to charge the 4,200mAh battery in V30 while the V30 Pro has 4,100mAh battery. Honor claims that the device can charge 70% of the device in 30 minutes.
Pricing and Availability of Honor V30 and V30 Pro

The Honor V30 is priced for the 6GB/128 GB variant at CYN 3,299, while the CYN 3,699 is the price for the 8GB/128 GB variant. On the other hand, for the 8GB/128 GB model, the flagship V30 Pro is priced at CYN 3,999, whereas the 8GB/256 GB version will cost you CYN 4,199.
The phones will be available in four colour variants, Icelandic Fantasy, Magic Night Star River, Charm Star Blue, and Twilight Orange. The device is already available in China for pre-order. The pre-orders will be done until 26 November, and the first sale is scheduled to take place on 5 December.
