MyGov Corona Helpdesk Launched on WhatsApp to Provide Coronavirus Information
On Friday, 20 March, the Central Government has launched an official chatbot on the popular app Whatsapp. The Chatbot is named as MyGov Corona Helpdesk. This chatbot is available for all the Whatsapp users.
It is very easy to use the MyGov Corona Helpdesk chatbot. The whatsapp user need to save the number 9013151515 in the contact list and send a message to the MyGov Corona Helpdesk. This move can reduce the circulation of fake news which is spreading too fast and creating more problem.

This action by the Centre will create awareness among the citizens about the coronavirus.
