Poco, the company that recently turned independent is all set to launch the upcoming Poco X2 smartphone in India. There are just a few days left for the launch but the teaser and leaks aren’t stopping. Now, the company has shared a teaser online that confirms that it is the rebranded Redmi K30 smartphone. Let’s look into the details.

Earlier, the Redmi K30 smartphone that was launched a month back in China was said to be the Poco X2 smartphone. But there was no confirmation as such, later an image of Poco X2 revealed similar placements of the ports as the K30. Now, a teaser video has confirmed that X2 will be nothing but a repacked Redmi K30.
The teaser video shows the rear side of the device and also reveals the side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It also shows the slim profile of the handset. All the looks match the Redmi K30’s design.

The video also confirms that the smartphone will be Flipkart exclusive and the device will launch on 4th Feb at 12 pm.
Specs We Know So Far
Other than this, some of the specs of the smartphone were tipped earlier, let’s quickly take a look. The device will come with a 6.67-inch LCD display with a resolution of FHD+. There will be a Quad-camera setup at the rear with a 64-megapixel IMX686 primary sensor.
At the front, it is expected to feature a dual-camera setup consisting of a 20-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Considering it will be a rebranded K30, we expect the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC in the Poco X2. Some rumors also point out an SD765G SoC.
In terms of battery, the smartphone is expected to house a massive battery. It will be accompanied by a 27W fast charging solution.
That’s what we know so far about the device, but the launch is just a few days ahead where we expect to learn more on the device.
