According to the former rumors, it was confirmed that Apple is working on a “budget” iPhone with smaller screen size and A13 bionic chipset and it might be priced at 400 USD. Another piece of information about the iPhone SE successor by Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that iPhone SE 2 (cab be different) will go into mass production at the beginning of the next year, that is, January.

Some weeks back, Kuo said that iPhone SE 2 might launch in the first quarter of 2020, the device will go into mass production in January and might release in late March 2020. Some of the older reports of Kuo already gave us hints about the specs of the upcoming budget iPhone.

The design of SE 2 will be a lot similar to the iPhone 8 and might have a screen of 4.7 inches with a home button. Under the hood, the iPhone will run on an A13 Bionic chipset with 3GB of RAM and a storage capacity of 64/128GB. The device might not have a 3D touch feature and will come in space gray, silver, and red colors.
