The long-rumored version of Apple AirPods Pro has finally been launched with a more powerful body design and noise-cancellation feature. The all-new Airpods Pro has a new design and offers earbuds for a secure in-ear fit.
What’s new in AirPod Pro?
The Airpod Pro has various new features that are listed below.
Active Noise Cancellation
The Airpods pro has two microphones, one facing inwards and the other one is facing outwards. These two microphones allow the airpods to scan the environment and ambient sound and then perform noise cancellation to terminate the disturbing sounds. As per Apple, Airpod Pro’s noise cancellation can adapt audio up to 200 times per second.
Another feature that Apple has added to the Airpods Pro is the adaptive EQ. This can automatically modulate the low, mid and high frequencies of music according to the listener’s ear.
The transparency mode is something that you find in high-end headphones and earphones, with Airpods Pro, you can take advantage of this feature while you are listening to music and someone interrupts you or asks you for a direction, you wouldn’t have to stop the music.
The all-new Airpods pro comes with sweat and water-resistant which is something a gymer and an athlete would prefer but not swimmers. Although it comes with IPX4 rating it doesn’t make it completely waterproof as Apple said that “AirPods Pro are sweat- and water-resistant for non-water sports and exercise”.
After a full charge, the Airpods Pro will last for 5 hours even with the addition of a noise cancellation feature. So basically, Airpods Pro have the same battery life as the Airpods. If you activate the noise cancellation mode, you will get around 4.5 hours of listening time and 3.5 hours of talk time.
The wireless charger case can charge the Pods for 24 hours of listening time and 18 hours of talk time.
