Amazon Prime subscription is Rs. 999 per year, but if one has Jio Fiber’s Gold plan and above, they can get Amazon Prime free for one year. Existing Jio Fiber subscribers can use their Jio Set-top box to activate the annual Amazon Prime subscription by signing into their Amazon account or creating a new Amazon account. They also have the option to activate it using the MyJio app or Jio.com to log in. Only Jio Fiber Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Titanium plans get free subscription benefits. Jio Fiber Silver and Jio Fiber Bronze plans subscribers are not eligible for this offer and will need to recharge the free subscription with Jio Fiber Gold to use.

Jio Fiber Gold is priced at Rs. 1,299 per month and now offers a total of 1,250 GB of data per month, owing to the double data lock-down benefits. If the plan ‘s annual subscription is used, then the data benefits will be as high as 1,750 GB. Likewise, the Jio Fiber Diamond plan is priced at Rs 2,499 a month, the Jio Fiber Platinum plan is priced at Rs 3,999 a month and the Jio Fiber Titanium plan is priced at Rs 8,499 a month. All of these plans offer monthly data benefits of up to 15,000 GB, given the annual subscription clause is met. The Platinum and Titanium plans offer network speeds of up to 1Gbps. All plans of Jio Fiber offer free voice calling to anywhere in India.

This move is to rival the Airtel’s broadband plans which include Amazon Prime by default and the strong move by Jio will offer as a tough contender to beat.
